- 1,5 kg Lumache
- 1 Cipolla
- 2 Aglio a spicchi
- q.b. Sedano
- 2 bicchieri Vino rosso
- 2 fette Lardo
- q.b. Erbe aromatiche
- q.b. Olio extravergine
- q.b. Sale
- q.b. Pepe
Preparazione

Pulite le lumache, lessatele in abbondante acqua per 15 minuti, sgusciatele, pulitele dall'intestino e tagliatele a pezzetti. |

In un tegame rosolate un battuto di cipolla, aglio e sedano insieme con le fette di lardo tagliate a cubetti. |

Versatevi le lumache, aggiungete del sale e pepe, il vino rosso e lasciate evaporare. Infine coprite con dell'acqua calda, unendo un mazzetto di erbe aromatiche. |

Hi there, just wanted to share with you that we had a great holiday at Marina de Bolnuevo in August of this year. We flew into Alicante and hired a car from the airport for the short drive to Bolnuevo. The beaches are perfect, most of them awarded the Blue Flag. The cafes were great, with paella on the beach a highlight and managed a trip to the nudist beach there. Very liberating. We also visited the Big Guns, The Roman Mines and the Sand sculptures. The restaurents were great, with paella on the beach a delight and managed a day on the nudist beach there. Very liberating. We also visited the Big Guns, The Roman Mines and the Sand sculptures.
